I'm a Blog slacker!

HI!  As you can see, I'm not keeping up with this blog. I hope there is enough for you to read until I get motivated again! I have a couple of things brewing to write about soon. One is about how I overcame mental illness (Bi-Polar Disorder), one about how I lost over a hundred pounds ten years ago and the other is about a very difficult revelation that rocked our family last year.
